Creating My Dream Oasis: A Peek Inside My Light & Airy Brooklyn Bedroom

I'm so excited to share a little peek into my Brooklyn sanctuary with you today. If you've been following along, you know my home is usually bursting with color and personality. But when it came to my master bedroom, I decided to switch things up a bit.

Let's talk about creating a light and airy retreat that still feels totally "me"!

First things first - I wanted this space to feel like a breath of fresh air. Think soft, calming vibes with just a hint of that signature Rachel flair. The key was finding the perfect balance between minimal and magical.

Now, I couldn't completely abandon my love for all things pretty and pink. So, I added some delicate, feminine touches throughout the room. The showstopper? My absolute favorite Anthropologie Georges Pale La Precieuse Pendant Petals light fixture. It's like a beautiful cloud of petals floating above the bed - talk about dreamy!

Speaking of dreamy, let's chat about that mirror! I'm obsessed with the Gleaming Primrose Mirror from Anthropologie. It adds such a gorgeous, vintage-inspired touch to the space. But here's a little secret: I found an amazing lookalike for only $55! It's perfect if you're loving this look but working with a tighter budget.

The result? A master bedroom that feels like a serene escape from the colorful chaos of the rest of my home, while still having those special touches that make it undeniably mine.

What do you think of this lighter, airier take on my style? Would you try something like this in your own space? Let me know in the comments below!
